We listen before we advise
Your first visit is spent understanding your life, not correcting it: your work, your sleep, your stress, what you've already tried and why it stopped working. No judgment, and no prescribing before we understand.

Nutrition, sleep, stress and movement, treated as clinical, because they are. Physicians board-certified in Obesity Medicine, nurse practitioners, health coaches, and medication when it's genuinely the right tool.

Dr. Vivek Gupta is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, holds a Master of Public Health, and is a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. That mix is the practice: real medicine, and a calmer way of living with it.
“Successful wellness is not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about creating a realistic plan, building consistency, and supporting patients every step of the way.”
