You tell us what’s been weighing on you. Your care team, just up the road in Manhattan Beach, takes it from there, in one-on-one visits with people who know your chart.
The food noise never stops.
We look at whether a GLP-1 medication is right for you, after your history and labs. For many people it quiets the noise. Your coach helps with whatever’s left.
I don’t know what I’m supposed to eat.
We start from the food you already like and the week you actually have. No meal plan to follow perfectly, and no calorie counting.
I don’t want to drive across LA for this.
You don’t have to. Our office is a short drive north on Sepulveda, with free parking at the building, and follow-ups can be by video.
I worry about what it’s doing to my health.
We check your labs, blood pressure and other risks, and explain them in plain words. Keeping watch is our job.
I always end up starting over.
Regular visits with the same people, so there’s no Monday restart. We’re still here next week.
We don’t have an office in Hermosa Beach. Hermosa patients come to our Manhattan Beach office, a short drive north on Sepulveda Boulevard, or meet with us by video.

GLP-1 medications can quiet food noise and make everything else easier to stick with. Your physician decides whether one is right for you. Not everyone needs one.
We prescribe FDA-approved Wegovy® (semaglutide) and Zepbound® (tirzepatide) as part of your care, not as a stand-alone shot. They’re approved for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. They aren’t for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or anyone who is pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
Important safety information: Wegovy® and Zepbound® carry a boxed warning about the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors and are not right for everyone. Read the full Prescribing Information for Wegovy and Zepbound. More about the medications we prescribe.

It starts with your Free Wellness Consultation: one-on-one with our medical team, and you leave with a personalized written plan that’s yours to keep, whether or not you join.
If you join, your physician does a full visit and labs, and decides whether medication makes sense. Your health coach shapes nutrition, sleep, stress and movement around your actual week.
Regular one-on-one visits with the same team, in the office or by video. The week you go off plan is the week we’re most useful.
In a recent PwC survey, 85% of people using GLP-1 medications said the support around their treatment is lacking, and about a quarter said they mostly figure out the lifestyle side on their own (eMarketer). Here’s the part we carry, so you don’t have to.
