A small moment from our MW family to yours

A simple reflection from our MW holiday party this weekend.

Hi everyone,

We had our Mindful Wellness holiday party this weekend, and I kept thinking about something I say all the time —
everything we do here is 80 percent, not 100 percent.

Not perfect.
Not polished.

Just real people, showing up for each other with consistency and care.

And honestly… that’s what makes it meaningful.

As I looked around the room — our team, our friends, our families — I realized again how deeply
community is part of health. Not in a metaphorical way, but in the real, biological, emotional sense.
We heal better together. We grow better together. We stay accountable, hopeful, and human because of the people
around us.

And standing there, it really hit me:

Mindful Wellness isn’t just a clinic — it genuinely feels like a family.

And you — all of our patients — are part of that family.

Every single story we hear, every struggle you share, every win you celebrate… it all becomes part of the fabric
of what MW is. You allow us to do the work we love. You trust us with some of the most vulnerable and important
parts of your lives. And that’s something I never take lightly.

We are incredibly lucky.

And incredibly grateful.

So today’s newsletter isn’t about a topic, or science, or tips. It’s simply a moment to say:

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for letting us walk with you on your wellness journey — imperfectly, compassionately, and always with
your humanity at the center.
